Community Education

Our Community Education department facilitates learning opportunities to help people to help themselves and to raise the quality of life in communities.

English Literacy / ESL

Conducting English as a Second Language (ESL) classes since the agency’s inception, CPACS now offers several other programs and courses.

The mission of the Department of English Literacy is to provide diverse education and learning opportunities through services, resources, and collaborations with organizations such as the Refugee Family Literacy and the Mommy & Me Program that will allow adults and the community to achieve their academic goals.

We have served more than 1,100 students per year, consisting of 16 different ethnicities, for the past 15 years.
